Does a packet of ground coffee where the vacuum seal is gone (not burst just badly sealed at the factory) qualify as faulty goods (I have the receipt)?

I know not all ground coffee is vaccuum sealed but this particular brand always is -normally.

It is sold as a pack of 2 and on this occasion one of the packets was tightly sealed with good pressure and the other one of the pair had air in it.
