Nokia OVI Store - Purchased applications

    Hi,

    purchased two applications from the Ovi store in 2010.

    Wrong NAC code from manufacturer/network provider required phone to be wiped and unlocked losing all data including applications.

    Restored phone data but applications missing.

    Successfully downloaded the various free applications.

    Sucessfully downloaded one of the two applications purchased in 2010.

    The other application had an error when I tried to download it (from ovi store on my computer) saying it was not compatible with my phone.

    This application worked fine with my phone.

    Could not locate downloaded application in "My stuff".

    Searched for it but only found versions in other languages.

    Contacted Nokia. Told (eventually) to repurchase and redownload application. Informed of a year expiration to re-download a purchased application.

    1) Never warned of this expiry prior to purchasing application.
    2) Doesn't answer why the application say it's incompatible with my phone. Even if I wanted to I cannot re-download it.

    What to do next?

    Utilised boards before with problems, got successful results.
