Which one to buy?? Help please!

I've had a big heavy clumpy Toshiba 17" for the last 3 years and just about to buy myself a replacement.

I'm starting a science course soon so wil be using it mostly for that and of course tinternet! No gaming. I'd like something light and thin but sturdy enough and with a good keyboard for lots of typing. Budget is £400 (sterling)

but I'm a bit worried it might be a bit too small, screen wise. Would I get used to it easily enough? I had a look in Curry's for a 14" to see how it felt but they only had 13.3" which seemed a bit too small. So no I'm torn between that or one of these...

For 400 quid you'll easily find a laptop with the latest Core i5 CPU.

15.6" Lenovo w a Core i5-3210M, 4 GB RAM for £390 at SOL (after cashback)... beats any of the deals you have posted.
