Tax Liability on Shares

    Have a small number of pennies in and Employee Stock Purchase Plan from a company I worked with almost 10 years ago. They are a US based company. They increased in value by about 30% I reckon in that time. I cant remember correctly what the situation was at the time, but I think we used to get them for half price perhaps but I could not swear on it.

    If I cashed them now, what sort of tax would I be liable for on them??
