I'm looking for a portable dvd player for my daughter. She has a 7" Bush one on its last legs but I would like one with a bigger screen. I see this one on Chinavision.com http://www.chinavasion.com/china/wholesale/Portable_DVD_Players/10_Inch_Swivel_Screen_Portable_DVD_Player

for e67. All I want it for is to play DVDs and for the battery to last at least the length of a film. Ive never used Chinavision before. Is this machine any good and are Chinavision reliable? Thanks. If anyone has any other suggestions (under e100) , I would love to hear them!

Blatantly superimposed screens are never a good start. If you look hard enough OP you'll most likely find a relatively decent one locally that's within your budget.

I wouldn't expect the unit on Chinavasion to be of any decent quality. While I haven't used the site myself it has been around years. I've colleagues who've used it and never said anything against it.

Dont forget you will be charged 23% vat on import of anything outside the EU and an post will throw on a €8 fee for handling too... so that €67 dvd player is not much of a bargain now. I would be recommending the Aldi or Lidl portable dvd players that come up every so often.

Thanks for all the replies. I had an Aldi one for a year but found the battery ran down very quickly. Also I want something with a bigger screen - not 7inch. I guiess I'll try Amazon! Anyone any recommendations? I just found this one in Argos http://www.argos.ie/static/Product/partNumber/9262179/Trail/searchtext%3EPORTABLE+DVD+PLAYER.htm for e115.

Would this be as good as I would get or has anyone any bargains under E100?? Thanks!!
