Charger connecter loose

I just noticed that the charger connecter has become loose (not as secure as it once was) on my macbook, it still charges but would like it replaced. Just checked that it was delivered to me exactly one year ago today (typical). I tried ringing tech support but was closed for the day. I want to know will they still replace…

call apple and then taker it to an apple service provider to get it replaced/fixed.
