Hi guys, i was hoping some of our friends on here plying at a high standard or at least knowing the training involved could enlighten us on the training formats that will be put in place for top end teams for the winter months.
my team is in the champo semis at the minute but some of us are starting to think about next year and its pretty ovb our lads need alot of work over winter.
I myself will be hanging up the boots at the end of the year and would like to join the new management set up as win or lose our management is stepping down after 3 years. I am looking for guidelines for november on.
