    Council estates? What do you mean? Once upon a time- Arthur Griffith Park, Sarsfield Park and some other estates might have been considered Council estates. No longer though- they have significantly higher owner occupier rates than even salubrious addresses such as Laraghcon- and are very pleasant areas (though the odd one has bizarre lighting and/or gnome collections). If you elaborate on what you mean, perhaps I can help (I've lived in Lucan for all of my 38 years of existence........)
