Anybody know where to buy kitchen/bar stools that can be lowered to about 46cm and so be used as regular dining chairs - if if such stools even exist?

Saw one in the Home section of the Sunday Times today. It's called Hoxton and can be bought on nextdirectory.ie
Apparently the height can be adjusted between 46 and 62 cm.
