The new owner has no problem paying the site fees till en of year 2013 up front. I'm just hoping they can't give out. I do know they wanted to buy it from us and sell it on at a huge profit, but we sold a private sale for the same price to a person that deserved it. Thanks for the help , cathy

I know of one site owner who interviews potential new owners, the sellers are aware of this.
