Mustard available in Takeaways

I never thought to ask for Mustard in takeaways. Many pride themselves on their Mayonnaise, Ketchup, blended recipes, 'secret' recipes. Do any provide mustard, esp. fresh mustard?

Any that serve hotdogs will more than likely have that watery yellow piss, but I doubt if many would have descent mustard
