Travelling to All Hallows from Athlone

Does anyone know how long it takes to drive from Athlone to All Hallows in Drumcondra on week days. Usually takes one and half hours on Saturday using M50 but will be travelling on weekdays and going through city so want to allow for heavier traffic. Any input or ideas about short cuts really appreciated
