Weird problem with Sky+ app

    I was away for a while, and while I was away I saw three programmes that I wanted to record, so used the Sky+ app on my android to send a record command. I've used this many times in the past, and it's always worked perfectly.

    Now that I'm home, I was looking at the list of upcoming recordings, and noticed that the three programmes (still in the future, on different days, different channels, at different times) were just showing in the planner as the time and date, with no programme or channel name.

    When I look for those programmes in the listings, those specific programme slots (and only those slots) show as "..no listings available", and I can't hit record on them. One is "Room to improve" on RTE One at 8:30pm next Wednesday.

    Even after I've deleted the "recording" from the planner, they're still showing in the TV guide as no listings available. It's very peculiar. Has anyone come across this before?

    I have, usually with something series linked. Always thought it odd!

    My sky+ remote record app keeps telling me I don't have a sky account. Even when I am signed into my account on the damn thing. Bloody useless. Thinking of deleting and re-installing (thankfully is free app) and seeing does that fix things

    I just had a look at the reviews for this on the App store. I didn't read them all but any that I did from Irish reviewers can't get it to work at all since the last update. I have it on an Iphone and when I try to remote record it says I need to have sky+ to record even though I have and I'm logged in. Its useless.

    Edit: I'm just after uninstalling and reinstalling it and it seems to be working fine. Maybe sky have fixed it now.

    Everything else has been fine for me since - tried a few test recordings. It just seems like everything I requested last week went weird - they're still showing on the EPG as no listings available.

    Did you try deleting and reinstalling it.
