Does anyone know if McCormacks bike shop on Dorset Street is still open? Everytime I pass it seems to be closed.

They're still open as far as I know. Bought a frame of them at the start of the summer to build a cheap singlespeed for a spin. Went to clean up the BB shell before installing a new BB and realised I couldn't see or feel any threads under the dirth. Cleaned it up a little and realised that part of the BB cup was still in the shell, they'd just taken off the face of it with an angle-grinder or something making it look like it had been removed (under casual inspection) and thereby making the whole frame entirely useless.

I brought it back and they gave me my money back but I still won't go back there. Seriously odd way of doing business.
