Berry south of Sydney is a nice spot, near a beach, wineries. Small town but nice.

I'm heading to Jervis Bay. 2.5 hours south of sydney.

Partly for the whalewatching but also for the kayaking.
Beautiful part of the world...been many times before.

What do you do in the evenings there? Was there a few months back, and while it it beautiful - found there was nothing to do, and nowhere really to eat (apart from one steak place).

EDIT - should add, we stayed in Huskisson

We normally get a house so it's generally just stock up on the wine and lots of food from Woolies and have a nice love in - helps that we normally get a place that has a hot tub!

We tend to go for Hyams as it's so close to the beach. But Sanctuary Point would have the most stuff "to do".
