    Can someone tell me what the procedure is if you want to make a complaint regarding your driving test (specifically the tester)?

    It'll be on the RSA website but involves going to the district court. You have to prove that the test wasn't properly conducted.

    You've really got no chance, suck it up and move on I'm afraid

    It's not for me and it's more of a complaint towards the tester's behaviour than the result of the test.
