    Classes in Eskrima and Kali being offered in Limerick.

    Types of lessons available.
    Private lessons based in Annacotty,Limerick.
    Group lessons.

    Regular venue is currently being organized.

    Styles being taught:

    Corpus Christi Eskrima is a fighting system which is a fusion of Eskrima (a weapons based martial art from the Philipines) with methods derived from Kung-Fu, Millitary Combatives, various knife-fighting methods and Western-Fencing methods. The term “Corpus Christi” is derived from the final venue of the club based in the Moyross, Community Buildings, Limerick City. It is based on the tactics, training methods and drills taught by Master PJ Bennis. The methods taught include empty-hands and impact/edged weapons defence.

    Ba'had Zu'bu Kali

    It is a unique Filipino Art of Fighting System founded by GM Epifanio “Yuli” Romo. This system does not use straight attacks and raw force, instead it is fully based on counter-reactions on opponent’s reaction with his/her maximal control. It is mix of strategies, techniques and concepts of great systems such as Borinaga Eskrima, Gokosha (Joe Go’s system), Kalis Ilustrisimo and Romo’s Eskrima clan.

    Hasang Guro (Basic Instructor) Bahad Zubu Kali under Dalubhasang Guro (Advanced Instructor) Miso Crkon.
    2nd Degree Brown Sash Shaolin Fighting Arts under Master PJ Bennis.
    14 Years experience & training in Eskrima and Weapons defence under Master PJ Bennis.
