    Hey,
Firstly, thanks for taking the time to read this.
I have a camera on my HP Pavilion g series and one day it stopped. I just cannot get it to work, I've even went to the lengths to uninstall the software (Youcam) and re-install it, but I think I've actually installed an earlier version and its still not working.
Can anybody help me with clear simple enough instructions?
I wish you all the good karma and yadda yadda yaaa! Relly!
Please and thanks please help me out!

    1) Is it in warranty? (2 years EU typically is the statutory length)

    2) Launch Device Manager and see if you can see the webcam in your heirarchy, or any unknown devices with a (!) near them. It's also possible you could re-install the driver from your support page on HP.com, click the link for support and drivers.

Thanks a million, I know it was pretty generic advice but option 2 worked a treat.
