BTEA Problem?

ok so i was approved for BTEA and i handed in my reg letter etc nearly 3 weeks ago i think, and still havnt gotten my money, gunna go to my SWO this week and try sort it out , anyone else in same situation?

I'm same! Hopefully sort it out Monday il ring them.
