Celeste with Campag Veloce or Black with 105 seem to be the current options. I'd be thinking of dispensing with the standard wheelset in favour of Aksiums.

Probably showing my ignorance of the range but I think they have one of those in the front window of Harrys Bikes, so you could check it out in the flesh
