    AFAIK it's registered to a device such as a laptop or iphone,doesn't matter what country you are in once the device is registered.Maybe you have to register in Ireland or UK first or use your imagination if you are already in Norway;)

    It will not work abroad. I attempted to use a pre-registered device in Italy and it said no.

    There are illegal ways but we don't discuss them here.

    It may also be possible to get 28.2 satellite TV in parts of Norway but you would need to talk to a specialist in the local area regarding dish size and what channels are possible.
