Ordered one of these online today. Was wondering where do you collect them from and how long does it take to process them?

I see. I notice there is a barrier system in the IT grounds now though. Perhaps that scans the numbers coming in and out?

From what I gathered at the orientation the barriers are simply to force people to enter and exit accordingly as they had trouble before with people driving in and out willy nilly from all angles.

And an outside company monitors the parking by use of a van with some reg scanning thing on it. He just drives around and if it picks up reg that shouldnt be there he'll clamp it.

ah yeah that's fair enough with the barriers as there was people 'taking a shortcut' entering the college on the other side of green road.

How any one would risk their car driving the opposite way over them metal speed bumps is beyond me.
