    Hello,

I have 70 hoppers of turf which are 150 yards long.

Can someone tell me how much I could rent the plot for yearly?

Or if I was to pay someone to cut it, how much would it cost and what could I sell it for?

    thanks

150 yards is fierce long . They would be between 50 and 80 yards long on average around here and I think they charge about 25/35 euro per hopper to come onto your own bog and cut it for you .
A plot of turf costs around E300 to buy and i think there is about 5 hoppers worth in that
What corner of galway is the bog in ?

A hopper 150 yards x 10 sods costs Eur50 to cut around here. People sell them for Eur100 each.

3 hoppers = 4 trailer loads there or thereabouts.
    Approximately 280 bags
