Getting to O2/Point by Luas?

    Hi there...

Looking at taking the red line to the O2/Point. It is not clear on the website how the Luas gets there. Do you have to get off at Connolly and take a separate Luas (separate line) to the O2/Point or?

Looks like you can't get on at Red Cow for example and ride the same train the whole way to the venue?

Is it carnage trying to get the Luas back from the venue after the gig? as in long queues?

    Tks in advance...

Every second Luas from the Red Cow will go directly to the Point. Queues after the gig are usually well managed and they have a number of trams waiting to be filled. Make sure to buy your return ticket beforehand as queues for ticket machines can be very busy.

Trams from Red Cow go to either the Point or Connolly.

So look at the front of the tram before you board.

Crowd marshalling is in place after all concerts.

Tx lads..... I imagined that would be the case but the Luas website mentions Busaras like it is a stop you need to get off at and transfer. Thanks again.

It is but only if you're going to Connolly on a tram bound for the Point or going to the Point if you're on a tram going to Connolly.
