You'll need a film scanner. Even with one of them it can be tricky to scan 110 as there's no default holder for the film.

I bought a special made holder for 110. Cost about US$80-90 for my Epson V500. Image quality from any 110 I shoot is pretty bad at best. It's small format and out of date by a good few years. I still love it though.

If you get a film scanner you can lay it down on the scanner and hold it down with coins/weights and don't let the scanner software fo a preview scan. That way you can do a manual crop in on the film to select the picture you want to scan. It means you do it 1 picture at a time and its more time consuming but its the best way if you don't have a 110 negative holder.

I saw a website recently where someone placed two strips in a 35mm holder and it seemed to work alright.
