    Could anyone tell me wheater this box has a Dvb t2 tuner on board or not as it will be wanted for Freeview Hd as well as Saorview ?
    On sale in Tescos at the moment for €50.

    Yes was only looking at it this morning. It is Saorview approved.

    Ah, so it is, no reason why it would have a T2 tuner then. It's more than likely just the same Vestel receiver as the majority of Saorview boxes.

    The Laurus brand, also used by Tesco, has a T8030 model too.

    Its a Vestel box allright. If its approved and its not Triax then its Vestel.
