    Postgrad orientation at 14.15 tomorrow, anyone know what this involves, how long it will last etc? :)

    I would suggest that if you've studied in TCD before then it's almost certainly not worth going to it. Someone might correct me here but I, for one, will not be attending.

    I haven't studied there before, it's all new to me! :o

    Yeah I attended and it was pretty much the sum of nothing. Half the room left after 1 hour. i left as well. every speaker just gave an overview of what they were but nothing too specific.
    you ever have to attend days in work where there are health and safety talks? nobody pays attention but the company gets to say this was done and people are aware of it? well that was essentially the talk today. 3 speakers in a row (i counted) stated that the college was founded in 1592 by Elizabeth1.
    it was nice to talk to a few postgrads though no one seemed to know when they were starting as no one has heard!
