weather i have a week or 2 in the sun i always feel the need to do some type of training whlie on holiday. sun sea and beer can slow you down. so on my last 2 vists to mallorca i trained at at wing chun club in santa ponsa called El Templo de Lucha run By a very nice instructor called Toni galfo. Toni made me very welcome and even asked me to teach JKD and Kali to his students. It is nice to know there are places and people out there were you can train without feeling your stepping on some elses toes. So the question is. when your on holiday in the med are there any GYm/Clubs you go to while your on holiday, or do you just go on the piss and not give a fcuk about training till you get back home:)

I guess it depends on why one is going away. If someone is used to training daily, not doing it for a few days really get's on ones nerves.

We got a venue in malaga where we teach combatives, go on firing range, fitness boot camp, and leave plenty of time for R & R. Kind of working holiday i guess. Suits us well.

    warmest wishes
