I'd submit an application now. Most places begin hiring in early September so its good to get your foot in the door now. Either download an application or get on in-store and bring it to your local Agros a.s.ap

About 2 weeks ago my local argos had a sign up to come into the store and fill in an application form for xmas positions. I'd say they have filled all their places by now though

Argos are not taking on there Christmas tempos until the middle of October this is earlier than previous years when they took them on in the middle of November. Very good to work for.

Does any one know what type of hours they offer or what they would pay per hour. Do the temp staff get the weekend, late evening work ect?
Also do they take on people who do not have retail experience but would have other work experience in dealing with the public?
    Thanks for your help.
