    Hi all. I'm new here, and can somebody help me please, I changed the battery and lost code for radio.Serial no V153588 thanks in advance.

    I'm not sure about Ford, but Honda charge €25 to get the code if you lost it.
    So a Ford Dealer should be able to help, assuming it's the factory fitted radio and not some aftermarket replacement.

    TO Creeping death You are right, in dublin, they want 25, for these money I can buy another used radio.I just wanted to save a few pound.But anyway thanks for the Reply

    Can't see how you can get the code without going to ford. I took out the starter motor on the Wife's car so disconnected the battery first. Knew I didn't have the code so called into Finlays in Naas and they took the chassis no. and were able to give us the code straight away. €20 they charged which is a bit steep but what can you do.

    Software is easily available to decode the radios with the serial numbers starting with M, so we can provide these codes for free for posters.

    AFAIK the codes for the V serial number radios as main dealer only.

    Re. previous posts, I very much doubt you would get a secondhand radio for a Mk2 Focus, with a code, for the 20-25 euro that a dealer would charge for providing the code.

    Hi guys,

    Could anyone help me with my key code for my radio - battery was disconnected and I don't know the key code.

    Its a 6006E CD RDS E.O.N Serial number M015932. Ford Mondeo
    Any help much appreciated.
