    Just wondering

Does having a child born in the US entitle someone to a green card? The child is 2 and has an American mother. The dad is living there illegally and is not married to thee mother.

    No.
Once the child is 21, it can petition for the dad, but before that there is no way, unless mom and dad marry, then mom can petition her husband.
