eReader freezing issues

Hi. I have a Kobo ereader thats only 6 months old and its started freezing on me today. It started when I plugged it in to charge. My laptop doesn't recognise it and it won't navigate passed the first page that says Kobo Read On - the progress bar stops at the 1st square. I've tried switching it on and off(obviously!!) and…
