eReader freezing issues

    Hi. I have a Kobo ereader thats only 6 months old and its started freezing on me today. It started when I plugged it in to charge. My laptop doesn't recognise it and it won't navigate passed the first page that says Kobo Read On - the progress bar stops at the 1st square.
    I've tried switching it on and off(obviously!!) and I've tried the reset button but nothing works. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it??
