Want to build a wheelset

So I want to build a good climbing set of wheels and of course at a low price. Saw that Astra Monti built some, but does anyone else have any opinions on things such a spokes, hubs or what rims to use? Hopefully would like to bring them down to 1300g if possible. Cheers,
