can UPS deliver to an address not on the parcel???

    Hi,

    Don't know where else on the site to ask this.

    I have an order just dispatched from Amazon today, via UPS, with a scheduled delivery of Friday.

    However, something has since come up and I won't be home then.

    Does anybody know if it is possible to request UPS to deliver that package to another address? Or at the very least to delay delivery until later in the day?

    Cheers.

    P.S. Before anybody suggests calling UPS customer service, they are all at home :) - just hoping to know if it is possible or not.

    They will need to try deliver first. Then you can change the address or organise to collect from the depo yourself. If you do nothing they will try redeliver the next day. After the third time it's returned
