Minicab driving

    What do you need to become a minicab driver?
    Is there a special licence like the psv?
    Would training of any kind be necessary?

    Not the same as the UK here. You need to have the same PSV licence as Taxi Drivers.
    And a minicab (as you call it) is known here as a Hackney Cab.
