Running Track Skreen/Dromard

Hi all, Not from there but just discovered this running track. Anyone from there know what times it opens to the public or when it closes and is it ok to use it if not from the area? Hope above Question doesnt sound stuppppid :-) Thanks

hi slig17,
Im from this area, and so glad to see you found our wonderfull facilities.
The running track is opened all day and nite ( never closes ), it has nite lights during winter around the track the lights go out roughly around 10:30 pm
Opened to everyone near and far
