Golf shaft replacement

My son recently bought a second hand RBZ 3 wood and on his third or fourth outing with it, managed to shank the ball and in doing so shattered the shaft at the hosel.

I've managed to find a replacement shaft for him on eBay for only £16 and it arrived today in perfect nick. I'm just wondering where to take it to get it replaced, bearinig in mind that there's damage to the plastic part of the hosel and very little (practically none) of the original shaft remaining with the club head.
