Changes to Multi-Storey Carpark Naas

Hi all, The above carpark has changed to a token system. I previously used it to drop the kids off to school (see here). It seems that one only get 15mins free now in comparison to the previous 30mins. Can anybody confirm? Is there any way/loophole to extend this as the 15mins is really cutting it tight to get the kids…

Why not just pay for parking? Aside from anything how does it take longer than 15 mins to get the kids into school?
