Did all TCD Lecturers get "Upgraded" to Professors, or not?

Last year, there was news coverage that TCD intended to change the academic titles of teaching staff such that all lecturers would acquire professor titles of various levels. Was that proposal actually implemented, or not? I ask as the TCD web pages still seem to refer to staff as lecturers, rather than professors.

The traditional statutory titles of Professor, Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer and Lecturer remain unchanged, but staff are now entitled to use the North American-style titles if they so choose (see here).

The reason was, iirc, that many USA grants have to have a professor as the lead. So if the lecturers can describe themselves as professors (as their title would be in the US), they can now apply.
