Any chance to come down to Dublin? I saw them in the flea market on Newmarket Square, it's on every last Sunday of the month from 11-5.

Or any other flea market ;)

Are they the comics from the 1970s?

How much would they cost roughly? Much of a selection?

Didn't have a closer look, it was a pile of about 10-15 issues. No price tag, afaik, but you can always negotiate with most of the sellers.

Any distinct feature of the 1970s issues? Maybe I remember more then ;)

If demonoid was still up I'd suggest getting cbr's from there they always had 2000Ad story collections & I think the whole comic up in cbr form.

In the absence of them you could just try googling 2000AD cbr.
CBR = Comic book reader, which is a file program allowing you to read a digitised version of the comic. There are a lot of different comics available online in the form.

you would need several GB of storage space to d/load the whole set as cbr though. & access to sitting at a computer with the file reader installed and files connected/stored on it though.

There have also been collected volumes of most of the better known stories in physical book form for the last few years which you can get cheaply from Amazon or play.com. Mailorder to you even if you live deep in the sticks.
