Okay well I'll explain the different charges:
Caption fee: goes towards the running costs of the college it's 150 euro in UCC I don't know about UL.
Student contribution: 2,250 euro, you don't have to pay this if you get a maintance grant.
Tution fees: are only paid if you're not a first time undergraduate.
