    Surely Ostapchuk has to take responsibility for what she puts in her body. One year is rather lenient.

    Mmm. Surely, tampering with someone's food (without theuir knowledge) is against the law. Seeing as she's 100% innocent, I expect her to report this crime ("poisoning") to the local police.

    Wow, these Coco Pops are great. They've added 5% to my personal best.

    Not as good as Tyler Hamilton's "vanishing twin" excuse, but a reasonable effort nonetheless.

    Hopefully it'll be appealed to CAS

    Exactly my thoughts. If they really believed their story then her coach should have been

    a) banned for life, and
    b) thrown into jail for a good few years.
