    Hi
My wife and I moved into a new house in June 2010. She still owns an apartment which we are now renting and have paid NPPR tax on for 2011 and 2012.
We are hoping to sell it when the market picks up just a little.
My question is, will there be any problems when going to sell it form a buyers solicitor as we have no 2009 and 2010 NPPR payment made as she was in residence for these years?
I can't find much proof that this was her PPR at the time...we didn't think of this when moving

Surely it would be up to the council to prove she didn't live there, rather than the converse?

Utilities in her name? Sky/UPC account in her name? Waste collection in her name? And then all of these changing or ceasing around the same time...??

We could apply for a Certificate of Discharge but wondering would they ask for proof she was living there in 2009 and 2010?
I have mortgage statements that with the apartment address on them and alos she was registered to vote grom that address
