I remember when I was young Microsoft were the big evil corporation and apple were the loveable underdogs.

Apples core business these days would appear to be suing others.

What if they saw me eating an actual apple? Could they sue me? I wouldn't like to get sued, but I like eating apples as they keep the doctor away.

I don't think people realise why Apple do this. The biggest part of them is their brand and image. Without that, they make products that aren't as competive or as magical as they'd like to think and wouldn't be able to sell them to such an extent as to make them one of the richest companies in the world.

They still make good products but It's all brand and image at the end of the day and that's just their business model.

I'd understand if a.pl were in the business of making software or computer related products. Or anything electronically for that matter. They're not though.
They're making feckin apple juice. How apple juice is ever going to challenge Ipads or Macs I've no idea.

Maybe it has something to do with Apple being sued by The Beatles over trademark infringement.

I think the best thing would be if the 2 CEOs settled it Herb Kelleher style!:)
