Loggerserver error preventing program opening

I use a Meteor dongle on Windows 7 but everytime I try to open it a Loggerserver error box appears. Sometimes it will open if I just ignore the box, sometimes it won't open at all. I've tried re-installing the dongle but the error keeps coming back. Can anyone help me rid this irritating error? Thanks

What is Loggerserver? Something you installed?
Try disabling it or removing it otherwise.

I don't know anything about computers but loggerserver seems to be a windows feature. I delete the file but it keeps coming back. When I delete it the program works fine so it doesn't seem to be necessary.
