Issue Paying Fees on ITS Web Interface

    went to pay the 60% of my fees I am due to pay as I am paying full EU fees this year. I was using a Visa Debit card to this, I entered all the required data and now on the payment history it says

    Transaction Status:
    In Progress/Transaction Failed.

    I got no confirmation page and I am afraid to try again in case it takes the money out of the account later today. I emailed the fees office but got an automated response saying they will contact me in 3 days at most. I think I will call them tomorrow but i'm just wondering did anyone else have a problem like this when paying online and should I just try it again.

    I tried to pay my fees with a VISA debit card also and the payments kept being declined. I ended up paying in smaller lump sums on consecutive days until the full amount was paid.

    It appeared to me that there was a limit of ~€1500 on transactions per day from any 1 card.

    I wouldn't bank on getting a reply from the fees office anytime soon, try paying less than €1500 and see how it goes.
