Hey all, Im planning to go to San Fran soon to get a ring. Any tips for what I should do? Should I ring ahead to places im going? (Ill be going to a few.) Should I let them know my budget or keep that till I find out prices? Are stores generally into bargaining and does paying in cash benefit? Can you get the tax back on…

Hey all,

Im planning to go to San Fran soon to get a ring. Any tips for what I should do?

Should I let them know my budget or keep that till I find out prices?
Are stores generally into bargaining and does paying in cash benefit?
Can you get the tax back on this at the airport, and if so, how?
