Wanted to check with the specialist before i buy a Ucaller. Do you guys use a mobile phone with MP3s on it ? Any advantages in buying a Ucaller rather than using the phone ?
There are loads of MP3s on the web but wondering if a mobile phone built-in speaker be loud enough.

    Thanks

will the phone light up when you go pressing buttons might be a bit of a givaway
what happens in the middle of calling in a fox or whatever and the phone ring's.

I dont know of any phone that would be loud enough really. AFAIK its illegal to use real recordings too. Ill see if I can dig out where I read that and stand to be corrected on it too.

Unfortunately the ones I have as apps on the phone are useless for foxes here I've tried the rabbits ( only have jackrabbits and cottontail squeels) and foxes ran off
If you take them from the Internet even YouTube and put em on ya phone with small speakers it'll work and it's no ones business how you called them in
A dead fox is a result one way or the other

Yup all illegal these days since the 2000 amendment.

There are some good hand callers that I think are much better than them anyway. and you can control the noise off them better and chance the pitch.

    thanks all for your replies.
Yes knew the electronic callers were illegal for hunting deer but did not think it was for calling foxes / crows / magpies.
