Does a person have to be married for 5 years before they can apply for a divorce?

I don't see how it would be possible to get one before 5 years of marriage, but I just can't find anything in the legislation which actually spells this out. Perhaps it goes without saying, but still seems strange it isn't driven home.

A married couple can't apply for a divorce until they've been separated/living apart for four years.

So in theory they could separate the day after the wedding and live apart for 4 years and then apply.

The living apart does not actually mean physically living in two addresses.
Both parties can share a home but if they declare they have not had a "normal" married life together for 4 years then that can constitute living apart.
