Late 30's - Holiday recommendation Spain maybe?

Hi there myself and my sister are looking to teavel in the beginning of October, considering all inclusive option in Alcudia Majorca, as is cheao and recommended.
My only worries are that the season is over so will the place be locked down... We want a break but not complete quietness either..
Any suggestions or places to avois, will consider anywhere warm..

Alcudia wouldn't be my first choice for a holiday in October especially if getting the sun is important, probably looking at mid 60's temp wise
Personally I'd go further south

Have to agree. October I would be looking at the canaries.

Yes maybe, is a significant price difference tho, where in the Canaries if we did go would you recommend.

Taking into account your original post I'd look at Lanzarote, Puerto del Carmen.

I've never been to Lanzarote. We always go to Gran Canaria - Maspalomas. Lovely and quiet but a 10 minute taxi into the madness of Playa D'Ingles

El Medano, Tenerife. Lovely place.

Booked Palma Nova for 4 nights..... hope its not a dive!! Thanks for all the suggestions

Don't think it's a dive, folks used to go there a lot, gets an older crowd, I'd say it will be pretty quiet there in October although the city of Palma is supposed to be a nice spot with plenty to do
